Is the product not at all what you expected, or did you accidentally order the wrong product? In many cases, returns are possible. Read below all the information and conditions that the return must meet.

Register return WITH account

  • Click here to go to your account.
  • Click on 'Your orders'.
  • Click on 'Details' after the order.
  • Tick the products you want to return.
  • If necessary, add an explanation and press 'Request a return'.

You will receive an email from us as soon as your request has been approved. Pack the products securely in a box and enclose a copy of the return that you have received by email, or an attached letter with your contact details and return number.

Return registration WITHOUT account (guest)

Registering a return without an account is not possible, therefore it is necessary to set a password and activate your account.

Handling return:

  • Your return will be processed within 14 days of registration.
  • We always assess whether a return meets our conditions.
  • You will receive your money back within 2 working days after processing.

- Insufficiently stamped packages will not be accepted.
- Until receipt in our warehouse, we are not responsible for returns.

Reimbursement of shipping costs:

  • Shipping costs reimbursed on invoice when returning the entire order.
  • No shipping costs reimbursed for partial returns.
  • All costs incurred will be reimbursed if we have made a mistake.

Return terms

  • Products are returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in their original condition.
  • It is possible to register a return within 14 days of receipt.
  • After approval of an employee, the package can be returned.
  • The package must be returned to our company within 14 days of approval.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.

- Product is not damaged.
- Packaging is still neat as far as possible.
- Product is securely packed in a box.
- Return form or contact information is enclosed.
- The box is sufficiently stamped.
