Send your package back to our company yourself

  • Pack the products neatly in the box.
  • Make sure the order reference is clearly visible ON the box or IN the box.
  • Return the package at your own expense to the address below.

Shipping Cost Reimbursement:

  • Shipping costs on the invoice will be refunded when returning the entire order. **
  • Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for partial returns.
  • All incurred costs will be reimbursed if we made a mistake.

** Standard shipping costs will be credited. Surcharges on payment methods such as PayPal or Credit Card will not be reimbursed.

Return terms

  • If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
  • The package must be returned to our company within 28 days of receipt.

Handling return:

  • Your return will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
  • We always assess whether a return meets our conditions.

- We are not responsible for return shipments until they are received in our warehouse.

Exchange?

  • Please return the items you wish to exchange to us following the regular return procedure.
  • Please place and pay for a new order on our website with the desired products.
  • We will process your return as a regular return shipment, as described on this page.
