Is the product not at all what you expected, or did you accidentally order the wrong product? In many cases, returns are possible. Read below all the information and conditions that the return must meet.

Register return WITH account

You can either print the return label yourself or have the barcode you receive scanned at a PostNL location (for a small fee). You don't need to add anything else to the box.

Shipping Cost Reimbursement:

  • Shipping costs on the invoice will be refunded when returning the entire order. **
  • Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for partial returns.
  • All incurred costs will be reimbursed if we made a mistake.

** Standard shipping costs will be credited. Surcharges on payment methods such as PayPal or Credit Card will not be reimbursed.

Return terms

  • Products are to be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in their original condition.
  • The return label can be downloaded up to 28 days after receipt.
  • The package must be returned to us within the 28-day period.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged for a return.

Handling return:

  • Your return will be processed within 14 days after registration.
  • We always assess whether a return meets our conditions.
  • You will receive your refund within 2 working days after processing.

- We are not responsible for return shipments until they are received in our warehouse.

Exchange?

  • Please return the items you wish to exchange to us following the regular return procedure.
  • Please place and pay for a new order on our website with the desired products.
  • We will process your return as a regular return shipment, as described on this page.
